So easy to use.

I kept putting it off buying it but a friend bought it so I decided to buy one. So glad I did. I'm almost 64 years old and it's so light and easy to use. Batteries last a long time and I love the indicator light on the batteries.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I owned a Worx trimmer, blower and hedge trimmer. I lost all my supplies after Ida dumped over 6 feet of water into my home. Sending the bricks from my wall on a destroy mission. I ordered a new set to help with the clean up. The blower has been even more help then I thought. Both of these tools are strong but light. Making them easy to work with. The ease of ordering, along with their service department (order extra string). Makes Worx the go to company for tools.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not enough cutting power

I wanted to love this set. I will say, switching from a corded trimmer and blower, the convenience of this set is totally awesome. The blower worked great, and was super easy and light. The disappointment came with the trimmer.. I have a very small front and back yard, that is mostly weeds due to a large oak tree in the front, as well as one in the back. Grass just won’t grow. But if I keep the weeds trimmed short, it kinda looks nice, with some green. Near the street however, I do have a very small amount of grass because the sun actually reaches there. While the trimmer handled the weeds ok, it had a very hard time with the tiny bit of grass by the mailbox. I literally had to run the trimmer over the tufts of grass atleast 10 times, closer to 15. Once it finally got it down, I realized it didn’t even really cut it, more like shredded it. Considering I use my trimmer as a mower due to space constraints, I was not happy with this performance. Stinks, because I like everything else about this set. The wheels were handy, and even though it comes with 2 batteries, I was able to trim my front and back yard, and use the blower, with one battery, with juice left to spare.

better than expected !

Having never heard of Worx before I started looking for some yard equipment, and having
no one in ,my area that stocked your equipment, I did something totally out of character ,
and that was to make a large purchase ( I also bought a mower, review to follow once the
grass starts to grow here in Louisiana ) without even touching the stuff !
Before I talk about the equipment I want to start this review with the people I have had contact with at Work. Everyone, without exception , has been pleasant, competent, and a
pleasure to deal with. This is so unlike most contacts with other companies that we must
deal with remotely in this age of covid. I would be remiss if I didn't put the people at Work
before any comment on the actual products.
I have only really used the blower to any degree that I could submit any kind of review. The
trimmer will have to wait until the grass starts to grow. The quality of the construction of the
trimmer is evident even without using it.
The blower was the one item that I was having second thoughts about after ordering the
20V unit. I was concerned that I would want more power. I was wrong ! The 20V blower is
more than up to the job. The benefit also is that it is very light ( my wife even wanted to use
it ! ) and with the 4AH battery it will run for 30-35 min using it about 50/50 low / high power.
This is just about all I want to spend at one time blowing leaves.
I cannot wait to try the mower and trimmer in a month or two.

The one thing that concerned me was that the larger battery would add a lot to the weight! But it doesn’t- still lightweight - still fine for a little old lady like me! So pleased!
I would recommend this to a friend!

hard working easy to use

I just ordered my second trimmer although my trimmer is just under 3yrs old and still works well, I decided I need a new one . I have literally put my trimmer through the ringer and it has held up better than I could ever expect. I can't wait till the new one arrives ! Thanx worx for the great products.
