[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had bought one 10 years ago and I broke the handle 3 years ago, so I thought I would buy a new one, well it worked just as good, very good until last week I went to use it and nothing, so I took at my 10 years old one and tried the new battery, what do you know it works, now I do understand battery's go bad, my old ones did but I didn't think the weed
Will use trimer in a few hours..had no problem with assembly..the handle extension will help with my 6'5" height..this is the 6th one I have purchased over the years. The batteries will help..I have several that don't work over the years..Are lifetime spools still available?
Used 1 time trimmer was stuck and would not adjust tilt
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product for the price the only issue I had with it the batteries didn’t last.

This model is not nearly as user friendly as the original model. Trimmer guard seems flimsy, hard to adjust trimmer angle and height adjustment for different landscape elevations are not nearly as nice as they used to be. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
