The performance of the mower and the combo edger trimmer was good The performance of the batteries were terrible. Approx 15 min use before discharged. Then about 2-3 hrs to charge. At this rate 4 or 5 attempts before I get yard mowed. Not heavy thick grass, not big yard. I have other Worx tools and equipment and have not experienced this issue.

Haven't used the tool very much but it seems to be better than an earlier version I had. Haven't had to recharge yet so I don't know how long a charge will last. Does a nice job of trimming and edging; easy to switch modes of operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes I have owned 3 in the last 6 years. I keep buying them in spite of some problems I have had. The first one clogged the motor with dust and grime until the motor bearings failed I'm still using the second purchase and noticed the head adjuster is getting hard if not impossible to adjust the angle of. The third one is working with with little wear. The reason I keep buying them is the convenience of the battery. 1 20v 4.0 will trim my lawn, 150ft and both sides of the fence, trees, pool deck, 100ft. concrete drive, 180ft flower beds and 100ft of curb on one charge. The tilt head is amazing time saver. The wheel makes cutting a line at the edge so easy and it's light and manageable. Easy to maneuver for people who want to cut down the muscle fatigue of a heavy line trimmer. The line cartridges are a snap. Line feed is flawless and adjustable length handle. Who does that?? The thing just fits! It drew me into the power share program and now I own 2-saws, Grinder, vacuum, glue gun, two line trimmers, hedge trimmer, the small chain saw and a leaf blower.

I own 2 Worx string trimmers and I love them. I bought this one to keep at my mothers house. All of them are great but this one might be my favorite, it is lighter and easier to use. Worx makes the best yard tools and the fact that the batteries are interchangeable is an awesome perk.

This trimmer works very well, but I'm upset that I can't get help with my 56 volt trimmer. I have it running now, but that's no thanks to Harbour Freight. I fixed it myself. I don't understand why you switched from 56 volts to 20 volts. It's just like a company to build a product and then discontinue it so you have to buy something lese.
