Perfect for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a mower and didn't want to deal with a heavy mower, or gas & oil. This mower is great for me. It's light enough that it's easy for me to push. It's mows great. The lawn looks good when I am done. The batteries lasted long enough the first time I used it, but not the second. The grass was taller the second time and I'm wondering if the mower had to work harder and that's why it didn't last as long. The mowable part of my yard is probably about 1/3 of an acre. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. It allows me to take care of my own yard.

Cover on handle split! less than 1 yr old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is what I found when I took it out of storage. The other corner appears to be cracking as well. It looked fine when I put it away last Fall. Overall this is a decent mower. There should be an adjustment to lower/shorten handle. It is a good height for someone taller than I am, but awkward for me. But the cover for the handle is obviously cheap and not suitable for this type of equipment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Defected product

I got the mower which is defected. The both screws on side are broken, one is loose and couldn't be tight up and the other is just too short. I have to send it back. Their product quality control is not working. They should check the product before sending it out!!! what a headache. Not only I spent time trying to put it together but to ship it back by Fedex which is not near by!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
