Battery won’t last long enough

I bought this thinking it would be great for my townhouse. I have an end unit so more yard than most but I still can’t cut the whole yard at one time and the batteries don’t charge in 1 hour. I threw it in the trash today. Have not even had it 3 months. What a waste of money
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had my first Worx trimmer for about 5 years and loved it. My husband gave me a new one for Christmas with the "Command Feed" model WG163. With the spool that came in the package it worked great, but the replacement spools will not automatically feed. I have to manually do it about every 50 ft. I bought a pkg of 6 replacement spools (WA0010) and thought maybe it was just the spool but the other spools are not working either. Any suggestions?

Lightweight and much quieter than my old gas mower. I have a good sized lawn, as long as the grass is not too high I can get through it in a single charge. I may try to see if they have 40v batteries to get through task when grass is longer.
Same issue with trimmer. I love its weight and the ability to change from trimmer to edger. The included line is much tougher than any string I’d purchased for my old trimmer. That by itself would gets 5 stars.
