Free lifetime refill ruse

The website advertises free lifetime trimmer line refills for their WG163 Trimmers, but their ordering website doesn't work. Everyone you put the refills into your cart and try to proceed to Checkout it just sits and spins and won't complete t g e order processing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broken Safety Switch

I purchased this mower in April, while putting it together was very easy, I realized that the safety switch which is a very cheap piece of plastic was already broken. Since April I have been trying to call or live chat with WORX just to get a replacement switch . They aren't even putting their phone number on their site any longer. Guess I'll try to return it

Best mower EVER

I bought my Worx electric lawn mower August 7, 2021. Because it's rained so much I have used it several times and I have to say I heart this machine. I fell in love with it the first time I used it. Every time I use it I love it even more. I am new to electric mowers and I have to admit not worrying about gas and oil spills is great. This mower is so quiet I almost can't tell it's running. It is so light and easy to handle. I am a 60 year old disabled woman and mowing has NEVER been so easy.
The only thing I have to say negative isn't about the mower it's about me...I don't know what took me so long to get one in the first place. I honestly wish I had bought it years ago.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I needed a lawn mower

I bought this because I have had many WORX tools, and I really like them. I also did not want a gas powered one. This has worked great. When I finish, I still have 80% of the charge left. I like how one control adjusts all 4 wheels.It also tells you when to empty the bag! Overall, I am very pleased with my choice. Worx also has larger mowers that are powered driven if you need that feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lightweight, but not enough power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the lightweight, no wiring, messy or gas smell stuffs and easy to maneuver, But not enough power , when use eco mode, it doesn't cut grass through. I changed to turbo, it's better cutting but consumed so much battery so I have much less time to mow my lawn . I think the blades angel and length need to redesign to be able to cut the corner/edge too.

The mower has the Turbo option that is meant for taller grass, and the ECO mode to save battery. The cutting height is also adjustable with the lever near the front of the mower. We also have 20V batteries with 5Ah and 6Ah for a longer runtime. I hope this helps!

I have had a smaller Worx battery-powered model for three years...still works fine...but I was ready for a bit bigger mower with more power. Love it and love not having to buy gas or pull a cord to start it. Handy dandy mower for this 50-something lady.
