I have had a few string trimmers in my life and this Nitro 40 Volt is far the best of the best. I call it the beast because this trimmer is by far the most powerful one I have ever had. Its super quiet has thicker string and is simple to use. I take down some weeds that seem to grow overnight. I also have the attachment blade that is easy to hook up and very powerful. If your looking for a string trimmer and a blade attachment to cut bigger brush this is it. Just buy it.

Good strong weedeater

Powerful, batteries hold up really well, charge up pretty fast. Twine is not depleted fast and can cut even blackberries, just as good as my gas powered could. Which I seldom use now. So much lighter weight, well balanced. I'm a 76 year old using it.

Powerful and easy to use

I had a worx trimmer for many years and gave it to my son-in-law. I got this new one, bigger and more powerful with two batteries. I ordered two by mistake and sent one back. I would like to receive a refund for the returned trimmer.

Great power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To tell you the truth, I really didn't think that this Nitro cordless trimmer would have much power, boy was I wrong. This is just as strong as a gas powered trimmer. I had no problem edging up my lawn and trimming around the house with a nice clean cut. I am amazed. Not only that, I have used it twice and it is still holding a charge. And it's not heavy. Impressive.

This is an excellent tool. I have vast amounts of weed whacking to do and my old weedwhacker was too heavy, hard to start and too loud. This is easy to grab and use, set down, pick up and I find I am much more inclined to attack trimming than I used to be. Cost less than my gas model, is as powerful but is much more convenient to use.

Amazing trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love cordless string my trimmerd but they always seem too heavy for prolonged use. Not so with this one. It has plenty of power to trim my very large yard and is quite a bit lighter than my yellow colored other brand trimmer. There are 2 settings but I haven’t really used the eco setting. My sidewalks and driveway are edged well again and my fence lines are clean. I’m very pleased with both the performance and battery life.
