Good product/Excellent customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Original blower/vac stopped operating, Worx replaced immediately. The replacement has been perfect. Great suction, easy to handle and using the eco function extends the battery life significantly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first had a WORX Vacuum that use a ext. cord which was to hard to drag around so I through it away but this cordless 40 Vote is really is to use & cover more area plus the suction is really stronger than I ex specked so I would recommend this Vacuum to anybody,Thanks for a great product

Disappointed

I normally don't write reviews, much less negative ones. However, this is first WORX product that I was disappointed in its performance. I bought this after such successful use of weed wackers/edgers, light weight blowers, hedge trimmers, power washers that have more than met my expectations. I previously had a WORX power cord yard vac and I missed having the ease of vacuuming the leaves in the yard instead of bending over so while I was a bit concerned about the price I thought this would be ideal in our new home so as to not to have drag out a 100 ft power cord. Unfortunately, the yard vac lacked enough power to such the leaves out of the Bermuda grass, the strap and design did not work for my 5'2" frame and most importantly the batteries died after less than 10 minutes of use - I couldn't make it down the sidewalk and across my front entrance before the batteries were 75 % gone. (My 6 year old blower uses a single battery and lasts long enough to blow my driveway, back patio, and all the sideways for two mowings in the summer time.). I thought perhaps I didn't fully charge the batteries, put the two back on the charger and waited another full day. Same result.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I currently have two different worx blowers, a worx trimmer and a worx pressure washer so I had no doubt that my new cordless blower/vac/mulcher would do what it was supposed to and so far I have not been disappointed by it or any of the other products from worx.

Great Cordless B/V/M

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Blower/Vac/Mulcher were you need an extension cord. Although it works great it was a problem maneuvering around with the cord. When I had the chance to get a battery operated B/V/M I took the chance and got one. Have not had to use it a lot yet but seems to be a lot easier to maneuver with the battery machine. For what I've done with it so far have to say it was a wise move on my part to get it. Works great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this blower-mulcher. It does a great job cleaning up the yard and flowerbeds.
I was suprised that the mulcher part is plastic. It did the job. The batteries worked fine on the regular setting. They didn't last last as long as I would have liked. Personally, I'd just buy another set and have one on the charger while you're working. This unit is very light to hold while working. I really like that.
This machine is a nice addition to our home and will get used often as the seasons change.
