I'm retired, a great machine. Too heavy needs a carrying strap. I tried to make one but it didn't work.. Do you think you could help with this matter.

So disappointing

The batteries lasted only half an hour using the vacuum mode. If you have a very small yard, it would be okay but for an average yard this product is useless. I'm so disappointed because I got it mainly for the vacuum feature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When not if you need a new bag forget about worx helping you in any way they show a picture of the bag you need but send one without the plastic connector

I like the unit, but need to get a replacement bag as the one I recieved did not have the attachment piece on it and was not able to return it, where can I get the part needed, model WG583

Does not pick up wet leaves well. The two small wheels don't roll in grass. This unit is Heavy and has lots of power with the 2)large batteries that die after one small pile of leaves, so have 2)back ups charged. When changing batteries out or dumping the Mulch bag.....no good way to set Blower/Vac/Mulcher down (if only Worx could have made a tri-pod to come down like on golf bags). Does not attach to the Worx Leafpro.

Not sure how long the 2 charged batteries are suppose to last the 2 times I've used it to mulch 10 minted was tge longest they lasted ..I have an electric craftsman that blows and milches so I used it. My trimmer works well though.
