[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this vac but it is important you run this equipment in eco mode. This extends the battery life and allows more time to complete your project.

Bought this about two months ago. Both the blower and the vacuum/mulching functions worked well. Fairly easy to switch between the two. Batteries don't last long before needing recharge, so an additional set is probably a smart purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked great. Once I figured out it lasts much longer using Eco mode and was a real help around the yard. Be confident in your purchase, my blower died after a couple weeks. I text customer service and they immediately had a new one sent to replace.

Works well BUT uses a bigger battery than the rest of my Worx tools and that was not made clear in the descriptions and is a little heavy.

Would have been a great tool

I didn’t keep this item because the power on and off was underneath the handle. Every time I picked it up to use, the power would come on. Unfortunately, I had to return it because of this reason.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm retired, a great machine. Too heavy needs a carrying strap. I tried to make one but it didn't work.. Do you think you could help with this matter.

When not if you need a new bag forget about worx helping you in any way they show a picture of the bag you need but send one without the plastic connector
