Works good, battery life too short

Works good, but because of Low battery life, I wouldn't recommend it. To get a Spare battery set, it costs Almost as much as the whole system.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To help combat your runtime without purchasing additional batteries, we recommend intermittent your blower speed between low to high. This will help conserve your battery power. As blowers use more power and when the blower is on the highest setting it will deplete the battery's power more quickly.

Bought this about two months ago. Both the blower and the vacuum/mulching functions worked well. Fairly easy to switch between the two. Batteries don't last long before needing recharge, so an additional set is probably a smart purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked great. Once I figured out it lasts much longer using Eco mode and was a real help around the yard. Be confident in your purchase, my blower died after a couple weeks. I text customer service and they immediately had a new one sent to replace.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works well BUT uses a bigger battery than the rest of my Worx tools and that was not made clear in the descriptions and is a little heavy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I didn’t keep this item because the power on and off was underneath the handle. Every time I picked it up to use, the power would come on. Unfortunately, I had to return it because of this reason.

Wow, Worx missed the boat with this one!

First the collection bag is connected to the blower by a 90 elbow! Why? This reduces pressure, lowers the bag towards the ground so it will wear out quickly and is awkward to carry and use. If they would use a straight connector, the pressure would be greater, the battery would last longer, and the bag would be raised further off the ground.
The battery life does not meet expectations and runs the vacuum about 15 minutes max, and that is using the eco mode.
The unit is heavy, does not pick up well, is awkward to hold during use, and has a short useful battery charge.
