very disappointed

I bought this cart several weeks ago. Just now had time to put it together. I am very disappointed in the wheelbarrow feature, which is what I mainly bought it for. If you are about 4'5" in stature, you will be fine. But for those of us who are 5'10" , by the time you lift the handles, half of the dirt, or clippings or sand in the wheelbarrow fall out. I would return it, but the box was split when I received it. It's a shame that this is advertised as a "cart" when it's primary purpose is to haul large items in a dolly position. An "Aerodolly" would be a more appropriate name. I have always been pleased with Worx products, and am sorry that this one didn't live up to my expectations.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate you for your time in sharing your feedback with us. I totally understand at how important and helpful it would be to have a taller wheelbarrow. I will also suggest that it could have an adjustable height for various kinds of individuals. I will pass this feedback along to our developers to see if this could be incorporated in the near future. Thanks for pointing this out to us.

I BOUGHT THIS FOR MOVING MY FIGS TO THE INSIDE FOR WINTER, FIRST TIME I USED IT THE ARMS BENT, THEY ARE MADE OF CHEAP METAL, HOLLOW, I WOULD BE ABLE TO BEND EASILY, IT IS ALREADY RUSTING, THE WHEELBARROW PART IS NARROW AND NOT EASY TO GET A SHOVEL INTO,
THE SNOW PLOW ATTACHMENT I THOUGHT WOULD BE GOOD, WHEN ATTACHED IT IS STRAIGHT, AFTER PUSHING SO FAR, THE SNOW BUILDS UP AND STOPS YOU PLOWING, THEY SOULD OF MADE IT ON A SLANT AS TO THROW THE SNOW OFF TO ONE SIDE!

Thank you for your review and feedback. I apologize about any problem this might have caused. The Aerocart dolly arms, have a weight limit of 80 pounds, to prevent this from happening again, I would just recommend on being careful with how much weight you put on those arms. Please contact customer service so that we may troubleshoot and help you to get this resolved. For the Snow Plow attachment, you may have to apply pressure when your plowing on longer pathways, especially if its thicker snow or ice mixed in as well. I will escalate your feedback in regards of it being made in a slant position to our product developers, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Total garbage from advertisement. Had a Senior citizen try it, had trouble moving it. Holds half the weight of a standard wheel barrel. Wheels poor quality for uneven terrain. We are returning.
I saw the AeroCart on a TV ad - I am 70 years old, live my myself (female) with a dog on a 1/2 acre wooded lot. I have lived here solo for 38 years. With each passing season I could see and feel it was getting harder to manage tree trimming, moving mulch bags, seasonal snow removal, etc. "The downsize issue has been in my head for the last few years knowing it was getting closer and closer with each season. When I saw the ad for the Cart - I ordered one and now comfortably feel I will be able to stay in my own home for at least another 5 years and still keep up with the outdoor work. Handling and moving of weighty items was the main reason of feeling time was catching up and over taking me. The cart is together, well designed and made. I like the way everything just slips or hooks on. The only thing I would change is the instructions, not mixing English and foreign dialogue and the pictures, was cumbersome working with apx 24"x 36" paper outside and in the wind - switching from side to side. Its probably another aging thing - but would have made it easier for me to put together.
The WORX Aerocart was very easy to put together and seems very sturdy! I have already used it to move some pretty big potted plants around. It is also great for unloading my groceries and household items from the car into my gate that leads to the back door, as I have an injured back and this task, without the WORX Aerocart was always painful. the WORX Aerocart has a lot of uses and I am so far very happy with it and think it a good investment for my back! :0)

Great for average Joe

I see bad reviews and wonder if people realize that the Worx products make life easier for seniors and for someone like me who is disabled and can't lift the way we did a few years back. If you are strong bodied and expect this product to hold up beyond the stated weight limits you will not be happy but if you follow the guidelines you will have something that will make your life easier. I have not had the problem of the foam coming off of the handles yet but I'm not able to overuse the cart. For me it is a God send and allows me to function with most things without having to ask for help. If you are someone who is limited on lifting this will give you freedom to take care of basic tasks around the home with ease. If you are a contractor don't buy this product and give a bad review for using it beyond its limits. The only complaint I have is the dolly base is about 2 inches short of making a large box easy to move. Thanks Worx for making a great product for me.
I recently bought the Aerocart and it was a snap to put together. My first project was moving large book cases. No problem, I easily moved the bookcases by myself. The next project was getting bags of garbage to the end of our driveway. I was impressed by the way the over 100 pounds of garbage felt so light weight and was a breeze to move. I am looking forward to using my Aerocart in my next moving adventure.
