I bought the Aerocart for 2 main usage reasons: the wheelbarrow and the dolly. The wheelbarrow is of low capacity, only 4 cubic feet of volume, smallest on the market. Most wheelbarrows are 6 or even 8. The other "flaw" that I noticed is that if you are taller (I am 6'), the design makes the cart tilt too far forward when have anything in the wheelbarrow. This makes logs, rocks, dirt anything fall forward out of the cart. It does allow the contents in the cart feel a lot lighter with the design though.
The other features of the cart are great. The bag holder can be a little larger. It does not fit the Michigan yard waste paper bags well. I use plastic clips instead of the elastic cord to hold the bag, much easier this way. I noticed that if you use the extension dolly, most of the time you need the net to place on the arms. A good example is a 40lb bag of potting soil. The soil will fall right through the arms. In the instructions, Worx tell you to use the net with the bag holder, you must do this or the bag will fall through the arms just like the bags(s) of potting soil did.

Bought this a week ago with the additional trailer conversion kit. Assembled and used it out of the box to haul 200 lbs of chicken feed. Fits right through the door to my coop. So far having fun with it. My only disappointment is that it's made in China. I realize it's a price thing, but something this great should be made in the USA.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lousy wheels!!

I think the concept it great but I haven't really been able to use it since the plastic wheels are really a joke. Rubber tires, that hold air, might be a real improvement.

The Aerocart's tires are made from a solid material called polypropylene. The tires are soft and absorb shock like a regular tire, but there is no inner tube - which means the tires can never go flat and won't ever need to be inflated...ever! Should you need any other assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department at 1-866-354-9679, Monday thru Friday 9am to 6:00pm EST.
Thank you for being a valued WORX customer and have a great day!

HEAVY cart!

I got the Aerocart for my elderly parents for Mother's/Father's Day. It was a little disappointing in three ways. First of all, it is a very heavy cart. That is a good quality for durability and heavy work, but it is a little too heavy to be convenient. Secondly, it is not a deep cart; thus, it is only good for the smaller jobs. We were trying to move some grass rolls around and we had to revert to a traditional wheelbarrow because the depth of the areocart was insufficient. The grass kept falling out. Thirdly, the wheels only roll straight; thus, while gaining the ease of carrying heavy loads, you lose the ability to turn the load easily--especially in tight spaces.
Having said that, the cart performs as it is advertised and the conversions from wheelbarrow to dolly to trash bag holder to plant mover are fairly easy. The handles also come off easily so as to get it in the trunk of an average-size car, that is, if you are strong enough to lift it.
If you don't mind a heavy, shallow cart that is more sturdy but not as not as easily maneuvered as a traditional wheelbarrow, this may be the cart for you. If you frequently move very heavy objects, (e.g., rocks/plants), I would think this would be a good cart for you, as the two wheels do disperse and carry weight well.
Returned finish was peeling cart is tiny piece of junk

not at all what I expected

I bought this a couple of weeks ago. It is about half the size I expected. I tried moving 4 bags of mulch. Could barely move the cart. Dropped of one bag and still could barely move the cart. I finally dropped down to two bags and with great effort got those two bags to my back yard. I have not yet tried to move one of my big pots or a big rock, but I don't have much hope that it will work any better then. Extremely disappointed with this purchase and I consider it a waste of money. I doubt I will spend any more money on Worx products after this experience. Too much money for what I got.
