Short motor life

I purchased my blower in the fall about 5 years ago. On the first use, it became apparent that the mulching ability was limited to very dry leaves, and the collection bag is so small that emptying was needed every few seconds (my lawnmower was more effective for leaf gathering and mulching). The blower was probably used for about 2 hours each year – once a month for 4 months – about 30 minutes at a time. This year on its second use, the motor started arcing in the cover and then just faded to a stop. The smell of an electrical fire ensued, although no flames were present. 10 hours run time on a motor seems pretty limited. I don’t think I’d buy the product again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got the blower and the weed eater

This product is a TOYS the blower blows like a little fan running, the weed eater is a real toy

No more raking leaves for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Outstanding yard device. Making my annual fall chore much easier and almost enjoyable. Now I just vacuum leaves, enjoying the sunshine, fall colors and the simple breeze.

I really like the idea of this but after I ordered it I discoveres it needs an electrical coed to operate. That does me no good with my large yard. The concept is good...just make one that is battery powered and I'll buy it tomorrow

Met my expectations

I was looking for a tool that would blow leaves into a pile, suck them up into bag and mulch them in the process. The shredded leaves compost in half the time as whole leaves and bagging them is simple, with no bending and scooping.
I would recommend this to a friend!
