Great Performance, and Not a Lot of Noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband LOVES this leaf blower/mulcher/vacuum, which I bought him for Christmas! It has exceeded his (and my) expectations. And it doesn't have that high-pitched whine most blowers emit. What a great buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a week ago and love it! Had old electric one and was heavy plus having to fight with dragging cord around! My husband just passed away and having to do all the yard work now has been a learning challenging time but with the WORX weed eater and blower has made it so easy (almost enjoyable) as does such a good job!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Could be better

Every time I go to use it I’m fighting with the zipper it gets stuck and breaks. This will be my second bag.

Short motor life

I purchased my blower in the fall about 5 years ago. On the first use, it became apparent that the mulching ability was limited to very dry leaves, and the collection bag is so small that emptying was needed every few seconds (my lawnmower was more effective for leaf gathering and mulching). The blower was probably used for about 2 hours each year – once a month for 4 months – about 30 minutes at a time. This year on its second use, the motor started arcing in the cover and then just faded to a stop. The smell of an electrical fire ensued, although no flames were present. 10 hours run time on a motor seems pretty limited. I don’t think I’d buy the product again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
