Edger assembly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love your tools and have used them for 20+ years....
The edger wheels assembly has a major design flaw -- the screw backs out causing the wheels to fall off. It can be tightened but the screw keeps backing out and there is no way to tighten the screw in a way that keeps is from backing out once it begins to do this.
I have experienced this on my first 2 purchases and have seen the same problem. Shy of putting super glue down the screw hole and tightening the screw - I don't see a way the average consumer can fix this...... Do you have any suggestions?? Your product people should look into this as the tool lasts much longer the the edger assembly as currently constructed.....

I have had my worx trimmer for over 15 years and it has never failed me. I have 3 yards to trim and mow and I always have my worx tools with me. They are lightweight, durable, and easy to use and maintain. My trimmer still trims like it did the first time that I used it, and I have never had to replace it. I have bought a new battery for it, but I intend to get many more years out of it! I have bought this product for my friends and sons and have recommended my trimmer to several others. The worx products are wonderful and they do everything they claim to do.
