Poor Quality/Dangerous to Use

Purchased 5/19/2020. Blade gets loose after edging every 5 ft which is VERY dangerous if it should fly off. Also noticed the housing has a very large crack at the front and it could come off very easily. Threw the original packaging away, so do't know if it can be returned. Have numerous WORX products, but this one has very poor quality, very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just used this to trim around our fruit garden great control light weight no damae to the vines and bushes great tool

I love this product. The battery life is awesome and the charger takes less than a hour to charge. I would definitely recommend this item for purchase.

A true work horse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased 2 over the years and both have been great. Never break down, Just keep the batteries charged but do not store on the charger. I’ve have mine for many , many years. The second one is likely 7 to 8 years old. I love my edger. 67 year old female. Several friends and family made the purchase because I’ve raved about it so long.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Assembly Challenging

The handle has two large screws that are suppose to be inserted through holes in the handle shaft. However, there is a thick coiled electrical cord inside the shaft. I was unable to insert the screws through from one hole to the other because of that cord. I used a pair of tweezers to try to hold the cord aside to pass the screw through from one hole to the other. It took me over an hour to just get the screws through.
Using the edger was a learning curve trying to determine where the blade was in relation to the sidewalk. The blade became wobbly and loose and I didn't realize the bolt was hot and tried to tighten it and burned my finger and thumb. I put it in the garage and tightened the bolt that holds the blade on before using it the following week.
I am a senior petite lady and happy with this edger now that I have it up and running.
I have since purchased a cordless Worx string trimmer and used a utube video to assemble it. I like using this new to me tool also.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my gas operated unit with this unit and it has worked a gem. The unit weighs less then my old unit and was very simple to assemble. I'm now a big fan of Worx and I will be purchasing the blower soon.
