Blade spins counter clockwise

It just seems odd that the blade spins counter clockwise. Is that normal? Other than that it works fine.

Incorrect hardware to assemble

Just received this today, I would love to be able to review how it works but there was 1 screw that went right in flush to pole and 1 that has a square "lip" under the screw head that wont allow the screw to drop fully into the hole allowing for enough exposed thread to attach the large wingnut type thing and its shorter than the other. 1st time ordering Worx product, not happy I have to return to the store.

Easy to use
