[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over all, cook top is excellent but the surface of it becomes mess when cooking. It would be nicer when you come up with somewhat cover to protect surface/burner not in used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks very nice but GE should not stick stickers on the top/front surface of a cooktop. It leaves a sticky substance that has to be cleaned off.

One of the burner broken

Just purchase last June 2025 and now one of the burner wont change to low setting. It is always on high setting.

We'd like to assist with the burner not changing from the low setting.
We recommend trying out an electronic reset. This can be done by resetting the power to the cooktop at your breaker. You will want to switch it off and let the unit sit for 2-3 minutes, then restore power to the cooktop.
If the reset doesn't help, we recommend scheduling service with our Bodewell team. You can do so by calling 1-833-426-3393 or by visiting this link: https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service

Nice, but worried about burn marks sticking
