Paid for four burners but only 3 work. Probably should’ve got a different brand

We'd like to assist with one of your burners going out on your cooktop. We recommend resetting the power to the cooktop by unplugging it and plugging it back in. If the burner still won't work, please schedule a service appointment with a Bodewell technician by calling 833-426-3393 or schedule online at https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service
Dropped in with perfect compatability with my old range top space. Installed in minutes. Surface is beautiful and easy to clean. Quick boil burner is a godsend and makes cooking quicker. The controls are intuitive and the options are perfect. Love it!

This is such a beautiful model with many great features such as QuickBoil that we are happy to hear you’re enjoying. This cooktop also includes a Melt feature that we are sure you'll love. This feature will gently melt delicate foods without scorching thanks to a convenient melt setting. We hope you enjoy this cooktop for many years to come. Happy cooking!
Surface not easily cleaned. Every tiny drop of water, etc etc etc caused by anything performed on the cooktop makes a mark and the cleanup is a constant chasing of said mark.

I like my new General Electric black glass cook top very well. Only boiled water on it today on each burner to see how it worked. My one complaint is.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It fits the cutout and works like my previous GE cook top that I had for 20 years. It is not as easy to clean as my previous GE glass cook top. Always have to use glass cook top cleaner instead of simple glass cleaner. Not sure why this is the case.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The burner seemed very small, but the heat radiates beyond the circle so it should be enough, but it would be nicer if there was one larger burner from my super big pots. I guess I should’ve gotten a 36 inch cooktop instead of the 30. The installation of the stove top was a little confusing. We didn’t know if we should just use silicon to adhere it to the countertop or the provided brackets and cushion. I went with the cushion because I was afraid that that glass top cooktop against the quartz countertop might grind and break the glass cooktop. But I really didn’t want to put holes in the bottom of my countertop to secure the brackets. I guess you gotta take the best of two evils. It looks really nice in my kitchen. I am worried about scratching and scuffing up the white surface with my cast-iron skillets. I’m hoping that will come off with ceramic polish?
