Doesn’t taste Diet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say that I was skeptical to try this as I have never been a fan of any sort of diet beverages. I followed the directions for a sweeter mix and I must say that this does not have the typical diet fake sweet flavor. It honestly tastes just like regular Mtn Dew. I guess I’m a fan now lol.

I received this product for free from Influenster in exchange for an honest review. Unfortunately, I don't have a home carbonation system. And I tried it for the first time. I want to emphasize that sparkling water is really not enough for the perfect taste. The taste is reminiscent of a sweet and sour drink with the smell of lemon. This really reminds me of a store bought drink. One of its features is that it is prepared at home. This drink is new and unusual, I recommend trying it!

Could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off let me start by saying as an avid fan of Mountain Dew I was really excited to try this however I honestly was not impressed. I feel like it more so tasted like a generic brand of lemon lime soda it didnt have that specific Mountain Dew taste I know and love. Its not horrible and I will still drink it but I just wasnt impressed with it. I received this complimentary product from influenster and soda stream to try.
