[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty decent starter ebike if on sale. Battery is trusted and proven, aesthetics not the Greatest but overall a fair package. Brakes need improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the video on YouTube to assemble and it was very helpful. My husband really enjoyed using the bike on a trip and going up hills was made easy with the battery assist.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE this bike and it has changed the way I navigate my town. I live about a mile from our local downtown area, and I can get there on the bike in minutes! It’s wonderful to be able to go to a coffee shop to work with such convenience, while still not having to use the gas in my car. It is also very easy to use and was simple to assemble. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, eco friendly alternative to driving.

I’ve wanted an electric bike for a while now and was excited when I found this version by Greenworks. When it arrived I was a bit nervous that it would be complicated to put together but thankfully there were great instructions and video if needed for reference. This bike has allowed me to tackle the newly created trails in the neighborhood without a fear as the fat tires provide a smooth ride along the path. Im also very excited about the ability to easily remove and charge the battery. Our family is loyal to the Greenworks brand and this purchase definitely will keep us here!

Great everyday bike

I am enjoying my new Greenworks bike and having fun discovering the new features and I use it more this spring.
Delivery was smooth, and the bike was easy to unbox and assemble the tires on the frame.
I am 6'1" and and this bike is very comfortable. There's plenty of room to adjust the seat up and down from here, and it's clear this bike accommodates a wide range of heights. The bike itself is very comfortable, and the commuter provides a smooth ride, with suspension on the front, and built into the seat base.
I was immediately drawn to the LCD screen, which displays battery life, speed, headlight status and bluetooth connection. I have found that having a backlight screen is very helpful during lowlight periods, or when there is a lot of glare.
Riding this bike is a lot of fun. The feedback is immediate when using the throttle or pedal assist. The throttle is very helpful in certain situations, like going up hill from a standstill, while the pedal assist is best in every day riding, and helps prolong the battery life.
My favorite thing about this bike is the ability to easily remove and charge the battery, while having the option to re-purpose the battery in the Greenworks power and yard tools ecosystem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Simple, Quick, and Green

I just recently bought this bike for my fun bike around the lake. I got the bike in a compact box which had great packaging. Everything was in the box nothing missing, but more importantly nothing damaged or broken during the shipping process. It took me about 45 mins to assemble, there are some good videos online to show some more in depth features and tips or tricks for putting the bike together. Best part was the battery was fully charged by the time I finished assembling the bike, so I was able to use it right away. The bike is definitely fast! It showed 20mph on the gauge and I believe it. The LED gauge is awesome and works in direct light which is great for outside use. Overall the bike is exactly what is advertised and excited to put it through its paces.
I would recommend this to a friend!
