Should have read the reviews before I bought it.

Like many others, unit broke after warranty is up. Unable to find information or replacement parts on my unit, which looks like the 1600 or 1700 psi upright vacuum, but is a 2000. After reading other's experience, I may try to fix it myself, but won't even bother calling the support line. Where are the support documents? Where are replacement parts?

The miniature instruction booklet in very small print, Not helpful for senior citizens! Instructions for putting the power washer together not helpful. Example:
Tells you how to get out if box but does not include part and screw labeled pictures. I had to go to UTube video for help.

Lightweight and perfect amount of power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had mine for 3 years and it’s perfect. Works great and the right amount of power. I am not doing industrial work and don’t need to cut concrete with it. Just everything I need for deep cleaning surfaces. Highly recommend the scrubber brush too. It works like a dream and cuts cleaning time at least in half.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Environmentally Safe, Effective
