Disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the older version, which that I bought a few years ago. I never used the detergent tank until recently. I found out there is an issue with the suction. I chatted with an agent and even though it is out of warranty, they would not budge at all with sending me a replacement or even offer to pay for shipping. It was probably an issue from the get go. Geeeez
