[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just finished using this 3000 psi washer and it performed beautifully. Easy assembly and operation is a snap. So nice not to have to crank the engine and mess with oil and gas. Unit seems well built and solid with clean hookups for water hose and pressure hose. Nice to have a variety of nozzles to choose from. I used the Turbo nozzle for deepest clean on a very dirty driveway. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and hope for many more hours of use. The warranties for also good.

Warranty!

Called in to the warranty dept and went through the troubleshooting protocol. After going through the steps with no resolution, very nice lady on the phone said she was going to have my unit replaced. This was on a Thursday morning and I received the new one on Saturday, 2 days later! I understand things happen and sometimes people can get a bad unit but atleast THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT! THANK YOU!
