[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Today the 1900 psi power washer made my car & RV sparkle! Also, I hit the deck for staining and it had perfect washing ability for wood and vinyl siding. After owning a Generac gas washer, which was smelly, polluting, heavy and exhausting, using my new machine was a breeze! I am over 65 and 5' 2" and my arms weren't killing me after 3 hours of use, much of which was overhead! I had canceled a rental reserve for a gas 2000psi, because the price for the GW is such a deal and I'm THRILLED to have this new machine to keep my possessions tip-top for years to come! Thank you, Greenworks. I'm a very satisfied new customer!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my electric model GPW2101A to replace a 3000psi gas model after I got tired with the issues related to using a gas-driven model such as having to replace the gas and oil after not using the washer for 6 months (I only needed it every six-months or so); always having to check gas and oil levels (and the cost of those resources); and, the efforts to perform the required servicing. Now, all I do is plug my new 2100psi washer from Greenworks into power and off I go and then wipe "her" down after the job is done. Plenty of power to wash my paving stone patio and all the other cleaning chores that require pressure washing. Oh, the size is so much smaller (fits in the rear seat footwell of my SUV) and light "as a feather" when compared to my gas model. So it is so easy to take out for even the smallest of jobs (my gas model was often left in the garage due to the time required to get it ready to work). LOVE IT!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pressure washer and finally got to use it to wash my house siding. It ran for 30 minutes and just shut off. Still has power to the pressure washer, motor just quit. I didn’t even get to use all the soap out of it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Weston. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We see that you have spoken to Greenworks product expert and they were able to help resolve the issue. If your pressure washer isn't performing optimally (e.g., low or no pressure, pulsating water flow), two potential solutions are bleeding the air out of the system and ensuring you are using the correct nozzle.
Why bleed the unit? Air trapped in the pump or hoses can disrupt water flow and reduce pressure. How to bleed the system 1. Ensure the pressure washer is turned OFF. 2. Connect your garden hose to the pressure washer's water inlet. 3. Disconnect the high-pressure hose or remove the nozzle from the spray wand. 4. Turn on the water supply (garden hose). Squeeze and hold the trigger on the spray gun (if the high-pressure hose is still attached). 5. Allow the water to run through the system for a minute or two, to purge any trapped air. You should see a steady stream of water flowing. 6. Turn off the water supply and reconnect the high-pressure hose and nozzle. Turn the pressure washer ON and test for proper function.
Why is nozzle selection important? Different nozzles have different spray patterns and pressure levels, which significantly impact cleaning performance. We have a video detailing how each nozzle works. You can review the video here (https://youtu.be/OwlDalSKVkY). By following these steps, you can troubleshoot common pressure washer problems and restore proper functionality. Remember to always consult your pressure washers' user manual for specific instructions and safety precautions. We hope you will find this information useful. Bought last year and really do love this pressure washer with one big BUT....
The hose is terrible. I have a white plastic/pvc deck railing and if the pressure washer hose touches the railing it is like painting it black and I cannot get the black to come off even with the pressure washer. It is a terrible hose. I noticed the other day that it was getting black on the deck itself as I cleaned just from being wet. I now need to buy a better hose so I can throw this one away. If you are just doing driveways, cars or your house from far away then this will probably be fine for you but if you have a deck railing and front porch railing like me, this is the worst hose to have of all time.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Effective, Powerful
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this pressure washer at an awesome price. Its electrical so no gas needed. Its super lightn with the length of the power cord and hose super efficient. I cant believe not everyone has one. The pressure on this baby is strong enough to get clean the whole house. This thing has saved me multiple trips to the car wash. Contacting business for window washing and trash bin washing.
