Don't bother

Baought this last summer..... worked great.... just went to set it up and first the gun connection was impossible... apparently if you live in area with winter weather the connection corroded and its almost impossible to connect. Then I went and plugged it into 2 different outlets making sure the GFI was not tripped and nothing.... sorry I made the mistake of buying this... I guess you get what you pay for.................
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing. When a Greenworks pressure washer will not start after winter storage, first ensure the power source is working and the GFCI is reset, make sure the outlet is working by plugging in another appliance. Check the water supply for blockages and leaks, ensure the water supply is turned on and the hose has no kinks or blockages. Check and clean the inlet filter for any blockages and inspect the nozzle for clogs, clean the nozzle if necessary.
Here are some additional steps users can take for Winter Storage:
Winterize. Before storage, ensure the pressure washer is properly winterized to prevent damage from freezing.
Storage Location. Store the pressure washer in a location that won't reach freezing temperatures.
Prevent Freezing. If stored outdoors, consider insulating or covering the unit to prevent freezing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this today, hoping that it will be a great asset to cleaning my composite deck and sidewalks, etc. I thought that the directions were lacking. I’m a 74 year old woman and weren’t always very cleat to me, but I did get it together! This model GW2500 comes with extra spray tips but there was supposed to have been 5 but the turbo nozzle tip is missing. I will be trying this out tomorrow, hoping for the best!!
