Met or exceeded my expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 3 weeks ago. Mine included the foam bottle option and the 15” surface cleaner option. Need it mostly for a large concrete driveway and wanted the rotary cleaner to make the job easier. I was concerned the surface cleaner might disappoint but it did not. It was like using the 25 degree nozzle but a whole lot faster. I also used the soap dispenser and tried all the attachments. The 3000 has the power it says. One good enhancement would be to add wheels to the surface cleaner. I added my own and it works much easier over rougher surfaces.
Pros: Easy to Use, Effective, Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a pressure washer for quite a while. I am a single girl homeowner and I love to do my own maintenance if I can. I didn’t get to go anywhere for vacation but made this purchase knowing I would be off work. I had the most fun and satisfaction pressure washing for three days straight. Besides getting beautiful sidewalks that I never knew could be so white, I got an awesome tan while doing the work. I had so much fun and can’t wait to do some other projects. I already started to remove old paint from my cement floor on my sun porch. And the loose paint chips from wood on the beams of sun porch. I think I may need some more vacation time. I had this running for 3 days morning until dusk non stop and it preformed flawlessly. Thank you Greenworks I am so glad I did my research and chose you to for my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with this purchase. Had a plug in Greenworks pressure washer that worked great, just needed something more powerful and portable. Purchased the 80W pressure washer and it is extremely powerful. You will have to recharge it after around 25 minutes or so but it has not been an issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was originally hoping for a battery powered pressure washer to go with my many other tools. Love them all. Could not have been easier for this over 60 year old woman. Used it the day it was received to power wash my mom’s house. Entire house clean in 2 1/2 hours. Love the lightweight handle/wand for being able to reach and a lot less strain on the arm than with gasoline powered units. The 2000 psi was perfect. No worries about the pressure being too much and causing damage to the siding. The soap attachment has a short hose and once I adjusted to that, it was fine. Didn’t need to add soap for the entire house anyway, just the dirtier spots. I also love the large wheels which make it very easy to move on all surfaces. Thrilled with this product. Highly recommend this and very happy to have added to my collection of battery powered lawnmowers, rototiller, fan, weedwacker, leaf blower, 12” chainsaw, 16” chainsaw, pruner saw (great for brush clean-up), hedge trimmer, pole saw, flashlight…. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Effective

Stopped after first use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the unit. I used it once for several hours. I attempted to use it again and GFCI will not come on. Not pleased at all with this problem.

Hello Ewsjr369.
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally.
Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit.
Lastly, ensure that the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure.
If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, you can start a Live Chat on www.greenworkstools.com or contact Greenworks at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS). All we ask that you have access to the unit so that we can complete troubleshooting with you and gather necessary unit information, and we will be happy to assist with the warranty claims process. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to speaking to you.

Far Better Than Gas Pressure Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous experience with a Honda gasoline pressure washer was terrible. It was hard to start, very loud, and did not last long before it was inoperable. By contrast the greenhouse GPW3000 is easy to set up, starts with the push of a button and is much quieter. It worked well in removing paint from a masonry wall on a hot Arizona morning .
