Hello GA25. We value your feedback and would really appreciate it if you could share an updated when you get a chance to use your pressure washer, a few times. In the meantime, we'd like to share our assembly video, you can view the video here: (https://youtu.be/WPOQSIIRcIE). We would also like to share so tips to ensure longevity of the machine. Always, unplug your pressure washer before any maintenance. 1. Clean the nozzle. Regularly check and clean your pressure washer nozzle to remove debris that can affect water pressure and spray pattern, soak in a vinegar solution if necessary. 2. Drain excess water. After each use, run the pressure washer for a brief period with the trigger pulled to clear any remaining water from the system. 3. Check for leaks. Inspect all connections, including the hose, wand, and nozzle, for any signs of leaks and tighten as needed. 4. Use appropriate detergent. If using a cleaning solution, choose a pressure washer-safe detergent and follow the manufacturer's instructions for mixing and application. Important points to remember. 1. Do not use hot water. Greenworks pressure washers are designed for cold water use only. 2. Avoid harsh chemicals. Never use bleach, ammonia, or other corrosive chemicals in your pressure washer as they can damage the internal components. 3. Check the water intake filter. Regularly check and clean the water intake filter to prevent clogs. 4. Inspect the power cord. Ensure the power cord is not damaged and has proper connections. *These videos / tips are not a substitute for reading the operator manual. Great product- just didn't last long

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for power washing the algae off of my back patio and to clean my patio furniture. I haven't used it very much. I bought it in the Spring of 2020 and it no longer works. I am disappointed that it didn't last longer given the minimal use. It lasted 4 years.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use

Hello Lora K.
Thank you for reaching out to us. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your pressure washer. Your review is not detailed enough for us to know what the issue is, but we will try to cover all bases. Here you will find some troubleshooting suggestions for you to try. Cleaning Obstructed Nozzles: To clean the nozzles, soak all your nozzles in a half and half mixture of warm water and white vinegar. Soak all the nozzles for about an hour and then proceed to poke your nozzle cleaning tool or paper clip through the end of the nozzle hole to poke out any debris. After you have done this, rinse them with warm water. Your nozzles will now be free of any obstructions causing the unit to fail to function normally. Removing Air from The Line / Bleeding Out the Unit: Purge any excess air from the pump. Set up the unit as per usual and ensure you are not using an extension cord. Remove any nozzle that may be connected at the end of the wand. Make sure that you have a green light on the GFCI on the power cord. Turn your garden hose on but leave the pressure washer turned OFF. With the pressure washer turned off, squeeze on the trigger for about 3 minutes – allowing the water to run through the unit at no pressure. In doing so, you are bleeding the unit out of any air that may be stuck in the pump. After 3 minutes, turn the unit on. If it is running, reinstall one of your clean nozzles and continue using the unit. Lastly, ensure the water source is fully opened and is at least 45PSI. There should be 10' of unrestricted garden hose between the hose connection and the unit, any kinks will prevent the flow of water going into the unit and prevent proper pressure. Although you are past the warranty period, we are still here to help if the troubleshooting suggestions provided does not yield results. We can be reached by Live chat on www.greenworkstools.com or by phone on 1-888-909-6757.
