A powerful tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I let my boxwoods and azaleas get totally out of hand and the woefully underpowered B&D trimmers I had were basically useless. I needed the most power electric trimmer I could find. There a very few 4.5 amp trimmers around and the Worx looked the best to me. I am extremely glad I chose them. The 24" is insane length, and the power made quick work of the majority of my trimming. Great product.

Cuts like a beast

3rd time used. Cuts smoothly and the twisting blade comes in handy much more than I originally thought. It is heavy though. Do your tough cuts early.

The best trimmer ever.

This is the best trimmer , it has plenty of power and the rotating head to 90 degrees up and down is just a plus, just finished trimming two Holly trees with it and it was effortless. I am so glad I purchased this wonderful tool it will get plenty of use. Thank you so much,

Taking it out of the box you can see and feel its quality - you have to think "this is one heck of a trimmer!" - A 180 degree adjustable cutter bar with a 24 inch reach able to cut 3/4 branches! Putting it to use the trimmer quickly sliced through everything I tried it on without hesitation. Thanks to the larger 3/4" spacing on the cutter bar I found it also very quickly and neatly cut smaller leafy material that would be pushed out of the way by trimmers with a lower cutting capacity. Using the swiveling cutter head (moves 90 degrees either way) allowed me to trim the sides of the hedges with a lot less effort. With the 24" bar I was able to reach areas where previously I had to use a stepladder to reach. A word of caution though, it does not care what it cuts and I have first hand experience that it will quickly and easily cut the power cord.... One thing I would like to see on it would be maybe extending the bar by an inch and putting a hole in the end of it so it could more easily be hung up. If you are looking for a quality built corded hedge trimmer I would certainly recommend this one.

Using it for cutting down miscanthuses. So happy I purchased it. Made my job so easy - pays to have the right tool!

I was kind of hesitant making this purchase with concerns about how powerful and well it would be. To my surprise, it exceeded my expectations and beyond. The quality surpasses the best of them. The job is done quickly and to perfection. The weight of this magnificent equipment earns 5 stars plus rating. Save some money hiring a landscaper to this particular job. Love it!!!!

This hedgetrimmer is great! I only wish I could get someone to come use if for me! :) But since I have to do it myself, this trimmer is the best. I didn't think I would use the rotating head but I did and it makes the work a lot easier.
