line feeding out sucks

I did a review a couple years ago . I gave it good marks but now I am not. still having trouble with line feeding out even with new line and even the company sent two new ones and still didn't work. any ideals what to do maybe put less line on it . please help with some hints

The spindle will not stay engaged for more than two seconds. Take it apart and feed it back through for another two seconds of use. Waste of money.

Great for all sizes up to 5'10, not to much stress on arms or shoulders. It has earned it keeps, hands down. As long as you use it for what you have purchased for, you will not be disappointed .

block patio weeds thrived on weed killer sprays. powerwashing them out was so messy. this baby obliterates them in nanoseconds and my patio is weed free for days

I bought this about a month ago. The ONLY complaint I have is the string. I don't think it was loaded the right way when I first started using it and I have to unload and wrap again often. It makes a quick trim take a little longer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
