Very versatile!

Although at the time I was a little leery about buying an electric trimmer however this little Worx trimmer as surprised me. I'm actually very proud and glad to have made this purchase it's light, versatile and easy to use, the only drawback to this particular model is that it does not have a bump in Go string dispenser.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my trimmer and it is so easy for me to use. I have severe back problems but this was so light and works so fast that I got my trimming done in no time. I am so glad I bought this... on the downside I cannot find the spool that goes with this at any local merchants.
I would recommend this to a friend!

bought this a little over a month ago, love firstly that I don't have to keep gas on hand, the edging is so precise and the unit is nice and light, I also like that I don't have to have 2 units to do 2 jobs, this one does both, I have ordered the blower mulcher which I have to say took a long time in debate on weather I should get that or the battery operated sweeper, the mulching ability was my swaying decision but I do wish you would make the same unit in battery and I have also ordered a hedge trimmer, unfortunately those are sold out everywhere so ordered and hoping to get it soon, if these items work as well as the trimmer and edger, you will have a customer for life, I also want to say that I did worry about customer service but it was easy contact speaking to a live operator and my issue which was a lost part on my behalf was quickly resolved. thank you

bought this recently and i love it... it is light enough not to wear me out easy to start ... and has more then paid for itself in just a couple of months clearing away a few years of neglect on my aunts acreage

I'm sorry about the line not feeding out properly, I too had came across this problem at the beginning. I found out that if you press the line feed button 3 times and turn the tool off and on 7 times it will fix that problem. If you still need assistance you can call customer service at 1-866-354-9679.

I bought this in May and was happy with it, until I had to replace the line. The line will not stay in the holder and falls out easily. The line melts together inside the spool. Within one hour I fixed the line 3 times and finally gave up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased the WG119 because the price was reasonable compared to other brands. Unit has enough power to cut down the most stubborn weeds. Easy to assemble out of the box and like the adjustable handle and trimming head. However, the auto feed doesn't work very well. Had to keep using the manual feed which gets old fast when trimming a large yard. The handle needs to be longer, have to bend over a little so after 30 min's of trimming your lower back starts to feel it. Over all it is fair. The only reason I wouldn't recommend to friends is because of the auto feeder issue. When it does work you have to stop, start, stop, start the trimmer several times which is time consuming and when it doesn't work you have to flip it over, push in the manual button while pulling the string out - which is also time consuming and frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
