I like Worx products and was excited to try this mower. After using it for 6 months, I can say it has a few good features and many bad features. I would not purchase it again.
The Good: Nice sturdy deck and great storage design. Wheels are nice quality as well as making height adjustments. The bagger seems to be well made, but I have never used it.
The Bad: Awkard handle design with 2 opposing bails makes the self propel feature a nuisance. Everthing has to be timed perfect to release the bail before turning to be able to "free wheel" the back wheels for tight turn (think going back in forth in a fenced yard), all the while holding in the blade engage bail. It is a very cumbersome design only suited for highly coordinated people. The auto sense feature is terrible it usually speeds up after you pass through a thick clump of grass. A simple manual boost button/blade throttle would have suficied. The battery life is not great, I have a small yard (4500 ftsq) if I self propel they are near spent, I push it 99% of the time (as mentioned) and have 2 bars left of 5. The organge break down handle releases are beyond terrible and catch on numerous things in tight quarters, such as fencing, gutters, walls etc. (did any Worx designers actually even test this?) Lastly the cut is only so-so at best, It does not have the suction of gas mower and it shows in the quality of the cut. I think if they had a higher RPM motor and a bigger battery bank it could have competed. I will use this mower until it needs to be replaced but it will not be with a Worx, and I have numerous tools from them and for the most part all of them great. One other thing is the blade, it is light weight and needs to be sharpened way more than a gas unit to have any hope of acheiving a half decent cut. Lastly where is the Manual??? Come on Worxs I expected better from you on this.

This would have been my 3rd summer with this mower and it does not work. Mower is cleaned after mowing and batteries stored in the house....this year the mower would not start. Batteries work fine as I use them in my other worx yard tools. The mower is not durable and does not last and there is no way to repair it. I do not suggest this mower. I have gone back to a gas mower...as least if something breaks it's very likely it can be fixed.

Self propelled mower

Once I got use to the settings, the mower was easy to use. Self propelled speed is great. The height adjustment was also easy to change. It is also very quiet compared to my gas powered mower. I have only used it a couple of times but like it extremely well at this point. We will see how it holds up in the long run. If it last as long as my trimmer does, which still works great after over 5 years, then it should have a long life to go.

Very simple to operate, not too heavy to move. The stand option is excellent! The self- propel has a good speed range. Very happy with this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with my purchase. Perfect for my small yard. I love that I can just flip the mower up and clean the bottom after use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is my second review of the self drive lawn mower.
Every time I use it I get more impressed.
The light weight make it easy to handle & when I’m mowing on level ground or slightly down hill I do not use self drive due to fact it moves easy & smoothly. I only engage at half speed to walk at a leisurely pace. Batteries last to complete my mowing needs, however I have extra batteries that came with my wire snowblower. I like the how I can turn mower on its side to wash undercarriage. In addition being able to stand the lawnmower up along the wall in my garage saving space is great. My neighbor has asked to borrow my mower because his gas powered drives like a tank. I also have numerous Eric power tools which are of good quality.

Ease in handling.

I bought this a couple weeks ago to replace an electric mower that needed a cord. What freedom! I’m 76 years old and the speed for extra power is perfect. The directions were not explained well to lower the main bar in order to begin using it. I think that should be picture displayed. I have several worx products, and they make my yard work a lot easier.
