Amazing!

It’s very easy to use, you just line up the handle with the weights and twist the handle until you get to the desired weight. The weight indicators make it easy to track what weight you are at, and the non-slip grip base makes it so it doesn’t slide around. It is a bit large, but feels really nice in the hand, and who can complain about the slightly size when it replaces a whole lineup of unadjustable dumbbells?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a gym person, but realize that I need to start toning my arms as they are getting flabby with age. This Centr Smart Stack 50 Adjustable Dumbbell is the perfect set for working out at home! I like that the weight is easy to adjust with just a turn of the handle and that it offers weight sizes from 5 lbs – 50 lbs. Because of not having lifted weights before, this allows me to start with a lighter weight and work my way up! I am still at the smallest weight, 5 lbs, but can't wait to see as I use this set more the flab on my arms going away and being toned!

Easy way to GYM at home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device is truly amazing. With one simple device you avoid having many weights that take up space. Switching weight categories is very easy. You can go from 5 lbs to 30lbs simply by dialing the knob.

Great lifting set!

It is heavy, but after setting it up in one permanent location it is ok. It is very easy to twist to adjust the amount of weights to lift. I will continue using this as part of my workout routine.
