High hopes

Was attacked to the solid wood options, and still am, but went with this model for a specific need
Ordering and shipping were perfect. Packaging was well thought out and all pieces arrived in perfect condition.
The materials are good quality and felt elevated like I hoped, but the joining and gaps and misalignments take it do n several notches. Finished drawer assembly is off. I think it supposed to be a soft close but the hardware item and pilot holes don't do the job.
At the end of the the day it will work for it's purpose, but feel very let down.

Love the look! Took a while to build but the 50 step instructions were easy to understand. Took 2 of us 4 hrs to build the dresser.
