Mattress sinks because the bars underneath pop out

I bought this about a year ago and it genuinely sucks. The under neath metal bars pop out and your mattress completely sinks in that part. Then you try and pop one side in and the other side pops out. And the rubber things that hold it in place fall out and rip.
