[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product. My neck and shoulder as been bothering me since the weather has changed. I couldn’t believe how using this was amazing. Very easy to use. It is mainly used for the shoulder but ease the pain in my neck as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, the instructions do not show how to put all the separate parts together, but I eventually figured it out. I also feel that the wrap is made for someone with bigger shoulders and arms. I am a small woman and I can't get it to hug my shoulder enough. There are 3 settings each for heat and vibration. I have it on the highest heat setting , but the heat doesn't penetrate well through the pad. The "massage" setting really isn't a massage, it is a vibration. The middle and highest settings are ok but really doesn't do much. The vibration is extremely loud and annoying. If you wanted to put this on when you go to sleep, you would never be able to fall asleep, way too loud. The controller (not remote) is on the pad at the top of the shoulder with colors for different heat and vibration settings. Unfortunately, if you have trouble turning your head, it is almost impossible to see the settings, it is too high on the shoulder. It is nice having a remote, but the remote does not indicate which level of each setting it is on. The power chord is fairly long which is a good feature. Finally, the instructions say that it has a 2 hour auto shutoff. On my first use, it shut off automatically after 10 minutes. Honestly, this is not a product that I would be buying again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect for before practice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a pitcher this has really come in handy pre throwing sessions! I love that i can just relax before practice with this on to help loosen up my shoulder for a good 30-minutes and be ready to throw when i get to the field.

The 3 heat stages and the 3 massaging vibrations for the 9 different relaxing combinations is perfect. It is adjustable to make sure you get a perfect and comfortable fit. My husband has taken this shoulder wrap with us on vacation for his shoulder. Very easy to pack away in our suitcase. I would definitely recommend this shoulder wrap to a friend or family member. The quality or great and a perfect price.
