Not very comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Few weeks ago I had frozen shoulder problems and I was having huge pain on my left shoulder, i need some support so I look for shoulder wrap, but after wearing it for few days I find it has some odd smell and skin itching plus the buckles create uneasiness if you lie down with it overall I think it needs some improvement
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The wrap is very comfortable and easy to use. I received relief from my discomfort in my shoulder caused from working out. I have recommended this shoulder wrap to my family and friends.

This adjustable heating pad fits either shoulder, and is easy to adjust depending on size of person/shoulder/upper arm. The instructions are very easy to follow on how to attach straps and put on. It was wonderful to use, as it stayed in place (unlike a flat heating pad). I only wanted it for the heat, and my partner liked it for both the heat and massage. So happy we have it, no more having to hold onto a heating pad to keep it in place.

Warm and comforting

The straps are not connected to the pad so you may have a little difficulty getting everything looped through and snug. Overall it works great but I wish it were a little easier to use.

The wrap is a soft material that is contoured to fit comfortably on either the right or left shoulder. The straps are adjustable and the controller is in the pad with three settings for heat and massage! Easy to put on yourself! It even comes with a long cord and a wireless remote. It will automatically shut off the heat portion after two hours and the massage after fifteen minutes. Being older and having muscular issues, this is a terrific treat that is so relaxing and comforting! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!
