Disappointment

I have this brand of toaster for 8 years.It Broke. We ordered another toaster, which is very disappointing. It burns on one side and doesn’t toast properly on the other.
For a brand new toaster this should not be happening. I am going to have to order a new one straight from the company. But I am buying the same brand again.

Works fine, but takes a REALLY long time to toast anything. And on the highest setting, an english muffin is barely browned at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
