Today’s Weber is made better than yesterday’s Weber. My old reliable Weber was bought in the 1990’s, and performed very well, only until recently giving up the ghost. It met my growing family’s needs well. This new one has caused me to express “WOW” on more than one occasion since its purchase. It cooks evenly across all burners, and is extremely quick to come up to temperature, neither of which were strengths of my old unit. Plus, it feels like a tank, made with strong materials. I’m impressed. It’s the best purchase I’ve made in years.
