I got this around the holidays and have been impressed with it for every use. I wanted something large enough to cook a Thanksgiving turkey on, and this was perfect. The result was probably the best holiday turkey we've had. Since then, I've cooked a variety of meats of all kinds and every time it's quick and delicious. I had a problem ordering the correct griddle insert but Weber was quick to right the situation and solve the problem I was having. My old grill had an igniter that died quickly, and grates that rusted but I should have known and gone with a trusted brand like Weber from the start. Putting it together was quite simple and didn't take nearly as long as expected. Looking forward to many years with this grill!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought it last year and rust is appearing even if it located under a roof. I called the customer service and they told me it was only a cosmetic issue. They send me a bottle of stainless steel cleaner and said it would fix the problem. But it won't. I'm very disapointed and regret not buying another brand. What about your warranty?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your feedback is very important to us. We are sorry to hear about the rusting on your grill. Our Care Team will reach out and assist in resolving this issue. Please look for an outreach email from us soon. Thank you!
The propane tank must hang from a holder that is located inside the cabinet. But the holder is fairly far inside the cabinet. A full propane tank is very heavy. It is difficult to hold that tank and hang it from the holder. It would be a big help if the holder were much closer to the front of the cabinet. And there is no gauge on the holder to show how much propane is left in the tank. All my previous grills did have a gauge. It's a must have. Now there is no way to get any idea as to how much propane remains.
