I was looking for a quality grill that was easy to clean and that would last. This grill is definitely a quality product! The bottom tray system is an s dream! The flavourizers work well to give that “bbq” flavour that we all love. I wish I would have upgraded to the 325 with the sear zone as I have not been able to sear my steaks or chops properly without overcooking them. Even with all 3 burners on high it never goes above 500 degrees. Hopefully I figure it out soon as it is a bit disappointing for my meats.

Please make sure the control knobs are in the 9:00 (high) position. The further you turn them, the lower the temperature.

I really like the grill, however several screws were stripped out and the "warming rack" is missing. Weber support sent replacements for the screws and the issue was not with the grill but with whoever assembled at the store.I did not realize that rack was missing and they are on backorder and I am supposed to receive one when it becomes available.
