Not enough btu. Takes forever to get to temp and then does not hold heat.

Broke after maybe 12 uses and it's been over a month and I still do not have my replacement parts. Customer Service is horrendous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far it's worked very well. Replaced our old Weber grill after 25 years. The manual that came with it was very poor compared to the manual that came with our older grill. Very disappointed in the instruction manual.

Excellent grill! Always purchase Weber grills. Our previous one is quite old and it still works fine keeping it for a spare but the “chef” wanted an upgrade!
