I just purchased the grill a couple of months ago and have used it 4 or 5 times so far. I use my grill throughout the winter months as well. So far it has lived up to my expectations. Even though I had a Weber summit for about 15 years and loved it I am still learning to cook on my new one. There are always hot spots on all grills and still learning to control the temp but overall very satisfied with my new grill.
I have loved using the new Genesis S-335 gas grill. My last on lasted 25 years and I loved it and used it A LOT. When it was time to get another grill I didn't think twice about ordering another Weber. The updated one is sleek and powerful and everything I hoped it would be, and more. If your not handy with putting things together, get it assembled because it will take time and patience and another pair of hands. The videos available for assembly are extremely helpful.
This is our 2nd Weber Genesis. Our original grill lasted about 20 years. However it needed repairs and we couldn't obtain the parts to fix it. This new grill was shipped very quickly. Easy to put together = one man 2 hours. I am very pleased and hope this grill lasts another 20 years.
This is our second gas Webber grill and also owned a bricket grill at one time. By far this is the very best one, our son purchased it as a gift. I am so very impressed with how fast it heats up and the searing option makes grilling steaks and chops so beautiful. Putting it together took a couple of hours but with the two of us we understood the direction very easy. I look forwarded to many years of grilling.
Of course the winter months currently (1/3/2025) in NH and grilling is not on the top of our list of things to do, but we've managed to use the grill twice. It preheats very quickly. The two times we've used it it cooked everything evenly. I haven't used it enough to really give an accurate review. If it's possible, I'll update this review at a later time.
