So Easy to Use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this new Maytag washer to replace my 20+ year old Kenmore washer. I like that it has easy to operate knobs, deep water option, and clear lid. The only "buttons" on the machine are the start and stop buttons and those will probably be the first to break. I like that I can control the amount of detergent as opposed to having a detergent load bin.
I don't think this washing machine is any louder than my old machine. The wash cycles take a little over an hour to run and that is to be expected with the new energy efficient machines. My clothes come out clean so no complaints as of now.

Washing machine with agitator for the WIN!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washing machine for about 2 weeks now and I LOVE it. Previous washing did not have an agitator and I hated it. This on has an agitator and boy can I see the difference in the clothes I've washed. They feel clean, look clean and smell clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Agitator a MUST

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement for my 30 year old washing machine in my basement. I love the clear glass lid and it is easy to operate and seems to be a very good washing machine. I hope it lasts as long as my old one. I also bought this washing machine because it had the agitator.

Missing 1984 When Washers Were Not Junky

I had this delivered July 25, 2024 and I just can’t stand it. I read soooo many reviews and thought I was [sorta?] making a good purchase .my biggest problem is on two occasions clothes were still partially dry? How can that be???? The machine does a TON of fillling, filling filling, rinsing, rinsing, rinsing, rinsing so how can clothes be dry ???? I also noticed the wash part of the entire cycle is not *that* long. I think it all has to do with being “green” and “environmentally friendly”. The wash process makes no sense. i really miss my 18 yr old Sears Kenmore. I never had no weird laundry experiences like this “smart” [dumb] machine. Now I feel dumb as a consumer and stuck with this garbage they manufacture!!! I swear if i came into a little $$$ i would haul it off to the landfill so i could get the pleasure of pushing it right off the back of my pickup truck to where it belongs!!! THE LOCAL DUMP.!!!!! or……. if i lived in a rural rural part of the country i could see a “target practice printable” on the side of this machine. But i feel trapped; much like a bad relationship….and limited options. yuck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very loud!

I bought this washer about 6 months ago, after the one I had for 20 years stopped working. I was excited to have a new washer but I have to say I am very disappointed with it. It is very loud, the washer rocks quite a bit even when I don’t have a lot of clothes in it. It is level. In a scale from 1-10. I would rate it about a 5.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
