Easy instructions on seasoning the griddle . . . the Weber seasoning wax I also purchased made it very simple. I've cooked burgers and bacon and breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns) so far and love it.

I bought this a few weeks ago and cant' believe how much I use it. Easy cleanup, even temperature, looks and works great. It is a little pricey but well worth it.
