This is a nice way to get griddle cooking without having to add a whole new grill. Apart from cleaning my Genesis 300 series grill, the conversion was easy. I can also switch back and forth between my griddle and my original grates. Very satisfied with this solution.

We have been using a small amount of Avocado oil when cooking and it works perfect for the griddle. This item has completely expanded our outdoor cooking menu options. Worth the investment !

Love this griddle insert! This heats up quick...cooks food evenly. Already have enjoyed smashburgers and quesadillas.
I have so much fun using. Clean up and seasoning is standard for cast iron griddle. I love my weber grill and I love it even more adding this griddle insert. Great gift for Christmas
