The fit and finish of the griddle insert are first rate. The instructions for use are also on point. I have done mostly breakfast on the griddle and it worked great for us. It did require a few new utensils for griddle cooking such as spatulas and oil and water bottles. I look forward to trying some other meals on the griddle, such as smash burgers.

I wish I never bought it. Only after receiving it I read the information that came with it and learned that you can’t use the searing heat while using the griddle. Very disappointed with weber.

Griddle insert should be porcelain coated like the insert for the Weber traveler. Food sticks and hard to clean. Fits great. Would not buy again.
