Best investment without spending a lot of money. Griddle cooks great with easy cleaning. Have cooked bacon, onions, smash burgers. Haven't tried eggs yet. Is a game changer without using charcoal.

The fit and finish of the griddle insert are first rate. The instructions for use are also on point. I have done mostly breakfast on the griddle and it worked great for us. It did require a few new utensils for griddle cooking such as spatulas and oil and water bottles. I look forward to trying some other meals on the griddle, such as smash burgers.

This is a great product and you can keep only one unit. No need for a Separate grill and griddle. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price.
