high quality product that fits perfectly. So glad this was made by Weber and I did not have to buy a stand alone griddle. Performs as expected and I like that I can close the grill lid for preheating or making bacon. Everyone gets these for smash burgers and it’s perfect.

Just got it today, seasoned it 5x's and made some bacon. Easily rivals my smaller Blackstone. Cast Iron is thicker as well. Light oil, let it heat for 30 min, repeat, I don't think you can over season, but 5 x's produced a nice slick black top.

Took the leap to go from grill to griddle and I've thoroughly enjoyed it so far. Steak fajitas - easy and delicious. Teriyaki chicken w/ griddled pineapples, yum. Smash burgers are up next and its going to be fun to figure that out on a griddle. All the juices stay exactly where they should be instead of dripping through a grate. Highly recommend taking the journey.

This has been awesome! We have the half size but couldn’t get a lot done. With the full size we can do so much more. Make sure to buy the tools that go along with it. Plus it is nice to still have flexibility of the grill!
