Best pancakes and bacon we've ever had - honestly! So much nicer to cook bacon outside and not smell up the house. And bacon grease conveniently goes right in to drip pan. Do yourself a favor and order a storage bin to store the grill grates nearby when not in use. I ordered the Weber storage bin and it's perfect and black, unlike most see through storage containers.
The griddle is a great addition to add to my Weber Genesis II, 3 burner grill! It is well made and easy to use. It comes ready to use (pre-seasoned). We used it to make Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches, smash burgers, and pancakes/eggs/bacon all within the first 24 hours. It cleans up really easy, just follow the instructions. I was happy to see the design allows for grease drippings to flow down to the catch pan. I don't use this as primary, but very nice for keeping the griddle clean while frying. I also have the carry-bag that goes with it which will be nice to keep it protected during non-use. I kept the plastic bag it comes in from the shipping box to use to keep the carry-bag a little cleaner. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase!
Absolutely love it. So much easier to care for than my BS. Fits perfectly on my 4 burner Genesis II and heats evenly and quick. I only wish they had some way to hold on to the front when removing or installing in to the grill. It’s not lite and a fairly precise fit, makes switching out a little bit difficult.
Love the addition, cooks evenly and fits perfect! it does take some getting used to as far as knowing the temperature to cook on and cleanup is a bit messy under the grill but worth the purchase and works great.
This is a great product and you can keep only one unit. No need for a Separate grill and griddle. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price.

I bought this a little after it came out and I rated this 4 stars I didn't rate it 5 stars because the grease system should have been thought out a little better. I have a 36 inch blackstone and the steel on it doesn't come close to weber's quality steel. I have a low spot in the middle of the blackstone from warpage from high heat, and the steel has angle iron welded to the back of their cooktop for strength and it still can't compare to weber's cooktop. Weber's griddle tops are the best because they handle high heat with absolutely no warpage.
